Payments and credits

I paid but my plan isn't active yet

Payments are verified by a person, so there's a delay between paying and activation. Once approved you'll get a confirmation email and your credits will appear. If it's been longer than you'd expect, email us with the date and amount you sent.

My payment was rejected

You'll have received an email explaining why — usually the proof of payment was unreadable or the amount didn't match. Correct it and submit again from the checkout page.

A generation used credits but failed

If the failure was on our side, email us the date and roughly the time and we'll restore the credits. Credits spent on a result you simply didn't like aren't restored — AI output varies, and that's covered in our Terms.

Generations

My upload was rejected as "not a product photo"

The generators are built for product images and reject photos where no product is detected. Try a clearer, well-lit photo of the item itself. Photos of people aren't supported.

The storyboard image is taking a long time

Image generation takes a while. You don't have to wait on the page — the scene breakdown appears first, and the image finishes in the background. You can close the tab and find it later in Projects.

The generated copy says something wrong about my product

AI can get details wrong. Always check claims against the actual product before you publish — you're responsible for what you post. Edit the copy freely; it's yours.

Bio pages

My link was rejected

Bio pages only accept links to approved sites. This protects every CreaCio bio page — if scam links were published on our domain, browsers would block the whole domain and everyone's page with it. If you need a site added, email us and tell us which one and why.

Can I change my username?

Yes, from the bio page editor — but anyone who saved your old link will get a "page not found". Change it before you start sharing it, not after.

I forgot my password

Use Forgot password. We can't recover your existing password — it's stored as a one-way hash, so nobody here can read it.

I want to close my account

Email us and we'll close it. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
