1. Getting started

1

Create an account

Sign up with your email and verify it. New accounts start with 50 free credits, enough to try the Flow prompt generator a few times.

2

Upload a product photo

On the homepage, drop in a photo of the product you're promoting — usually the main image from the Shopee or TikTok listing.

3

Pick a creator and style

This sets who appears on screen and how they speak. It changes the output more than most people expect — see section 6.

4

Generate

Choose the tool you need. Each one is explained below.

2. Choosing a product photo

The photo you upload decides most of what you get back. Everything downstream reads it, so a poor upload produces poor output no matter which tool you use.

What works

What causes problems

For products with printed packaging — supplements, food, skincare — a straight-on photo where the label is legible makes a noticeable difference to how accurately the brand and wording are reproduced.

3. Google Flow prompt 10 credits

Produces a structured prompt you paste into Google Flow or another video model to generate a short product video.

The output is a full brief, not a sentence: numbered scenes with timecodes, on-screen text for each, a product consistency block, camera and editing direction, audio notes, and a Taglish voice-over script.

How to use it

Copy the whole thing and paste it into Google Flow along with your product image. The prompt refers to the uploaded image throughout, so both are needed.

Before you publish

Read the voice-over and check every claim against the real product. AI writes confidently about things it has inferred, and you're responsible for what you post.

4. Image storyboard Studio 25 credits

Produces two things at once: a storyboard sheet image showing your product across five scenes, and the written scene breakdown underneath it.

What you get

How the timing works

Five scenes, two seconds each, around 28 words of voice-over in total. That pacing is deliberate — more words in ten seconds and the delivery rushes until it slurs.

The image takes longer than the text

Scenes appear within a few seconds; the storyboard image renders in the background afterwards. You can close the tab — it finishes on the server and appears in Projects when done.

5. Meta ad creative Studio 20 credits

Produces a single image built for Facebook and Instagram feed placements, composed to stay inside Meta's advertising policies.

Angles

Format

Square 1:1 uploads to Meta untouched. Vertical fills more of a phone screen but is taller than Meta's 4:5 maximum, so Meta crops the top and bottom — check your headline and logo survive that crop before running the ad.

Check before uploading

Meta's own interface covers the top and bottom of the creative. Confirm nothing important sits there, and that the headline makes no absolute claim, states no price, and says nothing about the viewer personally. Those are the things that get ads rejected.

6. Creators and styles

The creator setting decides who appears on screen and whether they speak.

Creators who speak

These produce a Taglish voice-over written the way a Filipino creator actually talks on camera.

Creators who don't speak

No voice-over is written for these. The message carries through action, framing and on-screen text.

Style changes the tone and the setting, not just a label. A "mom" style speaks differently and is placed in a different environment than "office". Pick the one your actual buyer would recognise.

7. Credits

Credits are deducted when a generation runs, whether or not you like the result. AI output varies between runs, so a result you'd rather redo still costs what it cost.

If a generation fails because of a fault on our side, email support with the date and rough time and we'll restore the credits.

Payment is manual — send by GCash or bank transfer and upload proof. Your plan activates once we've verified it, which is done by a person, so there's a short delay.

8. Bio page Creator + Studio

A single public page at creacio.co/u/yourname holding all your product links — the one link for your TikTok or Instagram bio.

Set it up from Bio Page: choose a username, add a display name, short bio and photo, pick a theme, then add up to 20 links.

Why links are restricted

You can only link to approved sites — Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and the main social platforms. This protects every CreaCio bio page: if scam links were published on our domain, browsers would block the entire domain and every user's page with it. Need a site added? Contact support.

9. Content calendar Studio

Plan and track what you're posting across the month. Add entries, attach media, and share straight to your phone's apps from the calendar.

10. Affiliate programme

Paid plans earn commission when someone you referred makes a qualifying payment. Your referral link is on the Affiliate page.

11. When something goes wrong

"We couldn't find a product in that image"

The upload didn't appear to contain a product. Try a clearer, well-lit photo of the item itself. Photos of people aren't supported.

The storyboard image is taking a long time

Normal. The scenes appear first and the image follows. You don't need to wait on the page — it completes on the server and appears in Projects.

The generated copy says something wrong about my product

AI infers details it can't see. Check claims against the real product before publishing, and edit the copy freely — it's yours.

Generated text on the product looks wrong

Image models struggle with small printed text. A straight-on photo with a legible label helps a lot. If a panel gets the label wrong, regenerating usually fixes it.
